Perfect start to the day

I appreciate Lilly’s calm and soothing voice and the caring and compassion that is so evident and how she speaks. Each meditation is simple to practice and changes the way I am through the day. It has definitely become a morning ritual.

Great way to start every day

I’ve just started listening to these a few weeks ago and they’ve improved my mood dramatically. I also find myself with clearer thoughts while going into my busy work day.

The time of exercising breathing could be longer. Usually, the time is only for one cycle.
