The Plant Path

The Plant Path is a window into the world of the herbal medicine. With perspectives gleaned from traditional western herbalism, Ayurveda, Chinese Medicine, Alchemy, Medical Astrology, and traditional cultures from around the world, The Plant Path provides unique insights, skills and strategies for the practice of true holistic herbalism. From clinical to spiritual perspectives, we don't just focus on what herbs are "good for," but rather who they are as intelligent beings, and how we can work with them to heal and consciously evolve.

These podcasts are so informative and the host has a real knack for weaving the information into a conversation, or you might even say story, which makes the information very relatable and retainable. For me, this podcast hits the sweet spot: not too long or full of useless banter, but not too short or dry. And I love the incorporation of different perspectives (including spiritual and soul energy) to address what is happening in the body in a truly holistic way. Thank you for your work!

I really enjoy listening to this podcast! It is super informative. And I also disagree with the comment that says Sajah is not a great speaker.
