The Prosecutors

Question for the hosts, if you had to defend ( I know you’re prosecutors, but humor me :) ) one of the West Memphis 3 back in the original trial, which would it be and why? I found this podcast looking for coverage on the West Memphis 3 case. The coverage of the case is the best I’ve heard so far. They cover every detail, they discuss in depth all the facts, every theory, every suspect. I have been following this case for years and had strong opinions on the case. Bret and Alice changed some of those opinions after their explanations of certain aspects of the case. I truly can’t say enough how fantastic their coverage was. 24 episodes and you’re not going to want to miss a single second of any of them. I plan to go back and listen to every episode of their podcast starting at the beginning. Brilliant job Bret and Alice, and thank you so much for all the hard work you put into this case.

The gall to call this podcast the prosecutors and to emphasize their experience to only be misrepresenting their expertise is crazy. Chose this podcast to this to actual experts not phony lawyers who have not even tried a case/ do mostly civil work. Their ignorance politically also bleeds through, had to stop listening half way through their Adnan Syed series

I really appreciate the hosts on this podcast. Their experience in law shows with their commentary and analysis of cases and details of them. Even if I don’t always agree with their conclusions/thoughts, it’s still a great and intelligent podcast to listen to and challenge your own views. I have one question for the “give a review, get to ask a question” of them. It makes sense to me that with most/all missing person cases that we have to question “what if they just wanted a fresh start at a new life somewhere else,” or “maybe they just ran away from their problems.” My question is, how actually likely is that? Have there ever been any, or are there a number of cases where that was what actually happened? I feel like there isn’t lol.
