Love this podcast and I take so much away from it! Thank you!

Thank you for the work you do creating this podcast! I appreciate that you provide such a great resource to parents in an easy to understand format. The setting limits without punishment episode was so informative, straightforward and has been helping me implement setting limits without punishment the way I always wanted to! I now have a framework to use with my husband to set limits with our children and it feels great. Thank you!

Exceptional Podcast for Parents and Educators

I’m expecting my first child shortly. I had many thoughts and beliefs, but was in search of something to provide guidance and proven parenting techniques. From the first episode I listened to “Self Reg” to 12 episodes later I’m more and more impressed with the delivery of content, the hours of research and back checking that goes into making sure each episode is as accurate and jam packed full of research based information.

I’ll be recommending this podcast to all my friends. And it truly has made me more confident going into this next phase of my life.

Thanks and please continue to put out this excellent content.

Great info and topics, but hard to follow

While this podcast is obviously very well researched and jam packed full of information, I think this may be one of the reasons why it just doesn’t quite work for me. I think I would enjoy this more and get more out of it if more examples were used and less academic jargon. Also, I think if the sound quality was improved (there is lots of echo) it would be easier to listen to as well.
