Kundenrezensionen
Good stuff!
Great podcast with Eric Zimmer and guests talking about mental health. The guests talk about their knowledge of maintaining good mental health, sometimes about their struggles, and about their podcasts or newly released books.
Naturally not all guests have something interesting to say, but you can count on Eric, coaxing the good things out of peeps. Personally, I enjoy Eric talking about his ongoing struggle with mental health and makes me-also a long term whack-job-feel less alone.
Thanks to Eric and "behind the scenes" Chris for doing this!
