    Student Spotlight: How Jessica Klimach created her own movement method and took it online

    Jessica Klimach had no background in sports or athletics. For 20 years she worked as a fashion stylist, spent most of that time managing chronic pain from scoliosis, and came to yoga the way many people do: looking for something that would help. What she found was that the existing modalities weren't quite doing it. So she built her own. In this conversation, Jessica shares the full story behind Flex&Flow®, the movement method she developed, tested, and eventually trademarked, and how she has built an online business around it. We talk about what it actually takes to create something genuinely new in a saturated market, the studio conflict that forced her hand on the trademark, how she grew her audience slowly and consistently through local ads and a weekly Instagram series, and how her online programs have evolved into a hybrid model that works for both her and her students.     If you're a yoga teacher running an online business and making €2,000 to €4,000 a month, you've probably been told that the solution is more content, more followers, better marketing tactics. But the gap between where you are now and consistent €10K months is almost never tactical. It's strategic.
