    في ربيع عام ٢٠٢٣، أصدرت الوكالة الفيدرالية للتربية المدنية والمركز الأوروبي للحقوق الدستورية وحقوق الإنسان كتاب ثلاثي اللغات بعنوان "محاكمة جلّادي الدولة السورية"، والذي ينظر ويلخص محاكمة "الخطيب" في كوبلنز/ المانيا. يضع الكتاب قصص التعذيب الذي مارسته الدولة السوريّة في سوريا وتأثيره في سياق تاريخي واجتماعي وقانوني حضر فريق "بودكاست الفرع 251" حفل الإطلاق، والتقى ببعض الضيوف بما في ذلك بعض المؤلفين، واحتفل مع الجمهور بإصدار الكتاب بثلاث لغات في هذه الحلقة الخاصة، نتأمل الكتاب بعد مرور عام على صدوره ونتحدث بالتفصيل عن إعداده مع رئيس  الوكالة الفيدرالية للتربية المدنية، توماس كروجر، وكبير المستشارين القانونيين في المركز الأوروبي للحقوق الدستورية وحقوق الإنسان في برلين، باتريك كروكر روابط ومعلومات هامة الوكالة الفيدرالية للتربية المدنية المركز الأوروبي للحقوق الدستورية وحقوق الإنسان نسخة عن الكتاب "محاكمة جلّادي الدولة السورية" تجدون نسخة رقمية منه باللغة العربية، الانجليزية، والألمانية  أصوات بعض مؤلفي الكتاب التي تظهر في الحلقة ماريانا كركوتلي رُهام هواش مروة يونس خالد بركة نص الحلقة محاكمة جلّادي الدولة السوريّة مقدمة نادين: اللي بتمنى أني شوفه بالكتاب هو انه التجارب الشخصية للناس تكون مدموجة بالتغطية تبع المحكمة لأنه التغطية تبع المحكمة غالبا بتكون تغطية نوعا ما تقنية أو باردة أو بعيدة عن الناس وبتحسسك أنه الشي اللي صار أو الموضوع طُرح بهي المحكمة ما بيشبهنا أو مانو موجود بالشارع بس نحن كل اليوم يعني ماشيين وفي حوالينا ناس ممكن تعرضوا لهذا النوع من الاعتقال أو هذا النوع من التعذيب خالد بركة (احد المؤلفين): هلأ الكتاب هو كثير مبادرة كثير كثير مهمة وكثير بشكر عليها الـ "اي سي سي اتش آر" حقيقة. لأنه كل دوكيومانت هلأ عم تنعمل إذا هي دوكيومانت قضائية ولا دوكيومانت فنية ولا شعر ولا أي نوع من أنواع الـ دوكيومانت اللي عم بصير هو الحرب السردية اللي كنت عم بحكي عنها قبل شوي. بتخيل هو كثير مهم لأنه عم يعطي وجهات نظر مختلفة لناس من السلك القضائي من الوسط الفني الأدبي ومن الضحايا ومن الناشطين فهو عم بكون مختلف عن اللي نسمعه بالعادة عن المحاكم ماريانا كركوتلي (احدى المؤلفات): أنا برأيي ما في تغطية أصلا كافية، يعني قد ما كان في تغطية لازم يكون في تغطية أكثر. الشي اللي بضيفه هاد الكتاب من وجهة نظري هو تحليل الأفراد لكيف جرت هي النوع من المحاكمات وتحليلهن للإشكاليات يلي كانت موجودة بالمحاكمة سليم: اهلا فيكم بهالحلقة الخاصة من بودكاست "الفرع 251: جرائم سورية قيد المحاكمة" اسمي سليم سلامه، وانا كاتب ومنتج بودكاست.. بنقدملكم هالحلقة بعنوان: "محاكمة جلّادي الدولة السوريّة"، ويلي هو ايضا عنوان الكتاب يلي تم نشره بربيع 2023، والي اجتمع بكتابته عدد كبير من المؤلفين والمؤلفات؛ سوريين وغير سوريين، ليسردوا بطريقتهم الخاصة احداث محاكمة كوبلنز التاريخية، بالاضافة لتفاصيل عن تجاربهم الشخصية خلال هالحلقة، رح نتحاور مع طرفين من ناشري ومنتجي الكتاب، ونسمع اصوات الضيوف الي كانوا موجودين ليلة اطلاقه. بالاضافة للعودة بالزمن لابرز الاحداث الي تعلقت بالمحاكمة الي امتدت على مدار سنتين بداية سليم: قبل ما نرجع لل 2023، سنة اطلاق الكتاب، رح نرجع لل 2020، لانه الحديث عن  هالعمل مش ممكن يبدأ من غير ما نراجع السياق الي تم نشره من خلاله. p...

    Im Frühjahr 2023 veröffentlichten die Bundeszentrale für politische Bildung (BpB) und das Europäische Zentrum für Verfassungs- und Menschenrechte (ECCHR) gemeinsam eine dreisprachige Anthologie mit dem Titel “Syrische Staatsfolter vor Gericht”, die den Al-Khatib-Prozess in Koblenz aufarbeitet und reflektiert. Die Anthologie stellt den Gesamtkomplex der Staatsfolter in Syrien und ihre Auswirkungen in einen historischen, sozialen und rechtlichen Kontext. Unser “Branch 251”-Team nahm an der Auftaktveranstaltung teil, traf einige der Gäste, darunter auch einige der Autor*innen und feierte mit dem Publikum die Veröffentlichung der dreisprachigen Anthologie. In dieser Sonderfolge reflektieren wir das Buch ein Jahr nach seiner Veröffentlichung und sprechen ausführlich über seine Entstehung mit dem Präsidenten der BpB, Thomas Krüger, und dem Senior Legal Advisor beim ECCHR in Berlin, Patrick Kroker.     It's here. The verdict in the case of Anwar R. It took almost two years and more than 100 hearings with 80 witnesses who appeared in court. The worldwide first criminal trial against former Syrian regime officials was long and complex, with ups and downs, praise and criticism. And at the end of all this, Anwar R. was handed a life sentence for his co-perpetration of murder, torture, sexualized violence and rape, and severe deprivation of liberty as a crime against humanity.   In today’s final episode of this podcast we take you along on our last trip to Koblenz, to the courtroom, to the judgment.  We want to thank everyone who spoke to us in Koblenz, and everyone who has spoken to us throughout the production of this podcast.
