Did you tell your boyfriend about my sex life?

Hi!!!!! What are we oversharing today? A viral debate from The Cut has us asking the ultimate friendship question: "Why are you telling your boyfriend about my sex life?" Is sharing everything with your partner a sign of intimacy, or does it make you a bad friend? We're unpacking where we draw the line, plus revealing our 10 unwritten rules of friendship (including a few chosen by YOU!). Then we dive into the big question: is joy actually a skill you can learn, or does chasing happiness risk slipping into toxic positivity? Plus, we're sharing our favourite ways to bring more whimsy into everyday life. The TikToks we mentioned during this segment are from users @oliohanian, @murugimunyi, and @marthaawalsh. In this episode, Steph recommended brand Lovaan, and Laura recommended organisational hacks from TikTok user Amy Abode. 'My phone bill exposed my nudes to my parents'

Hi!! What are we oversharing today?  We're talking about the Berlin Marathon runner caught 34km into the race... on the back of a bike. Which got us thinking: when have you been caught red-handed? Steph reveals her most guilty teenage moment involving MMS and the horror of your parents reading your phone bill. Plus, after watching Sense and Sensibility, we’re unpacking birth order theory. Are eldest daughters really responsible overachievers, while the youngest siblings are charismatic attention seekers? We’re putting the stereotypes to the test. New KIC product alert! Shop KIC Hydration here now! A huge thank you to Ecosa for supporting this episode of the Steph & Laura podcast. The "pick me" label (and step into our courtroom)

Helllllo!!! What are we oversharing today? We’re starting today with a NEW SEGMENT: Welcome to the Steph & Laura courtroom, where we’re putting the internet’s most debated opinions on trial. This week’s cases include: should you use a fresh towel every time you shower? Do you owe your friends a reply within 48 hours? And the big one… should every adult know the phonetic alphabet? (Spoiler: turns out neither of us do.) Then, we’re diving into a conversation sparked by the comments on a reel we posted last week: the labels “girl’s girl” and “pick me girl”. What do these terms actually mean? Are they helpful ways to talk about behaviour and social dynamics, or do they sometimes oversimplify people? We’re unpacking it. In this episode, Steph recommended YouTube channel @farmon212th, and Laura recommended Next Gen Chef on Netflix.   A huge thank you to Maybelline New York for supporting this episode of the Steph & Laura podcast. The efficiency cult

Hi!! What are we oversharing today?  We're breaking the recommendation rules... we saw Verity, and we have THOUGHTS. Then we’re asking: Is facing life with urgency actually good for us? We’re getting into why we’re always rushing, and whether everything really needs to be done right now. Finally, we're talking all things Margot Ackerly (...Robbie). Laura has some strong feelings about it, while Steph and Laura share their very different reasons for changing, or not changing, their names after marriage. Plus, we asked YOU what you think about taking your partner's name when you tie the knot. A huge thank you to Maybelline New York for supporting this episode of the Steph & Laura podcast. The tell-tale signs you've "aged up"

Happy Hump Day!!! What are we oversharing today? Steph has realised she’s suddenly into Dancing With The Stars… and we have one very important question: have we officially aged up? We’re unpacking the tell-tale signs that you’re entering your *older* era, sharing our personal giveaways and hearing yours too. Then, we get into the big relationship debate: should your husband be your best friend? A viral piece from The Cut introduced us to the phenomenon of “mankeeping” and, naturally, we have thoughts.  In this episode, Steph recommended The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, and Laura recommended Crew Girl.   You can also find the Atlantic article referenced in the episode here!
