Explore the science, history, and art of beer with brewer Bobby Fleshman and drinker Gary Arndt in 30 minutes or less.
In our first few episodes, we cover the origins of McFleshman's brewery and it's lead brewer, Bobby Fleshman. While studying for a PhD in astrophysics, Bobby fell in love with homebrewing. After consistently winning brewing competitions, he and his wife Alison McCoy decided to start a brewery with a different type of experience. Thus McFleshman's was born!

As Corporate Brew Master of a local brewery, he oversaw multiple locations before starting Stone Arch with his father in 2004. Steve enjoys traveling with his wife, two daughters and rescue dog, supporting the Chicago Bears, and finding solace in his yard and parlor.
