Best board gaming show

My favourite podcast for Board Games: The hosts are fun to listen to, they can dissect board games and its mechanism and themes like no other, they provide a well-structured and smooth show with regular updates on new board games. I really appreciate that the hosts show and live by values such as transparency, democracy, solidarity. That seems like not worth mentioning but I personally really enjoy when people in the hobby show that they have opinions and values on issues around them.
