The Aligned Self

Daniel D'Neuville-Subconscious Mind Programming | Law of Attraction | LOA | Mind Mastery | Coaching | High Performance |NLP | Intuition | Relationships | Spirituality, Personal Development

Most people are living someone else's version of their life — running on inherited beliefs, unconscious patterns, and a sense of self they never chose. The Aligned Self is for people who are done with that. This is a podcast about the architecture of human experience — how identity is formed, how perception shapes reality, and how to become the deliberate author of both. Not theory. Operational frameworks built from 36 years of working at the edge of what's possible for human beings. Host Daniel D'Neuville is a Master Trainer of NLP and consulting hypnotist whose work integrates subconscious reprogramming, identity design, emotional mastery, and adaptive intelligence into a coherent system for transformation. He has worked with over 10,000 people since 1988 — not teaching people what to think, but dismantling the premises that were never working in the first place. Episodes range from deep framework breakdowns to raw conversations about what it actually takes to live at the upper reaches of your ability — manifesting with precision, leading from alignment, and building a self that holds under pressure. If you've sensed there's more available to you than what you're currently living — you're right. And you've found the right place. Your Invisible Filter of Reality

In this episode, Daniel D'Neuville shares how we process information. Most of what reaches you has already been filtered. Your mechanisms of mind like your reticular activating system continuously sorts the dynamic flux of the universe according to what you’ve already decided matters. That sorting creates a self-reflective loop of perception: confirmation bias feeds and confirms the filter, the filter determines what you notice, and what you notice further hardens the bias. Over time the loop produces perceptual decay—clarity narrows and the world begins to feel smaller than it is. The escape is not tighter control of the filter but the deliberate entertainment of new questions. New questions interrupt the loop, reopen the field, and return you to perceptual stewardship. How to Handle Uncomfortable Feelings

What do you do when an uncomfortable feeling shows up? Most people do what they've always done — push it away, override it, or try to solve it as fast as possible. That's not a character flaw. It's a deeply conditioned survival response. But it's also costing you something. In this episode, Daniel D'Neuville invites you into a different relationship with discomfort: one of inquiry. He shares a deceptively simple story — irritation while making his morning coffee — and what happened when instead of resisting it, he followed it inward. What he found wasn't chaos. It was a need. A real, human need to be nurtured. He unpacks the dominant sub-personality — the internal driver that takes the wheel when you're not consciously in authorship — and explores what it means to interrupt that pattern without forcing it. Then he offers a quiet contrast: the next evening, preparing coffee for the morning ahead. A small gesture. A profound orientation. Being in service of your future self. This is what emotional intelligence actually looks like in practice — not dramatic breakthroughs, but real moments, lived consciously.
