    Life update: rejse og flytning!

    I dagens afsnit giver jeg en lifeupdate om min kommende rejse og mine flytteplaner. Jeg giver også en update på fremtiden for podcasten og mine medier. Podcasten er optaget for nogle uger siden, så jeg er faktisk allerede afsted når du hører dette! Jeg deler reflektioner over min tid i Sydney, mine tanker om at flytte, og så taler jeg lidt om taknemmelighed, at tappe ind i den positive energi, man kan få ud af, at stå overfor et snarligt skift, og så giver jeg mine helt personlige tips til, hvordan du kan arbejde med taknemmelighed og spiritualitet i din hverdag. Jeg deler både, hvordan jeg forsøger at integrere mere hverdagsspiritualitet (i tillæg til æstetisk spiritualitetspraksis med sten og kort), hvordan jeg ritualiserer overgange og ændringer i mit liv og så giver jeg afslutningsvis et lille morgenmadstip, der har fungeret godt for mig.
