The BEST Way to Burn Fat and Build Muscle Naturally

Growth hormone supports anti-aging and can boost fat loss, but human growth hormone supplements don’t always produce the best results. In this video, I’ll show you how to boost growth hormone naturally by up to 2000% for the most growth hormone benefits! Chapters: 0:00 Introduction: How to increase HGH naturally 0:21 Growth hormone function 1:18 Growth hormone and IGF-1 3:50 How to boost growth hormone by 2-3x 6:20 increase HGH by 5-10x 7:45 Boost human growth hormone by 10-15x 8:05 The best way to boost growth hormone naturally Growth hormone is vital for fat loss, muscle building, repair, and recovery. However, it declines with age—so it’s something you want to boost naturally. When growth hormone levels decrease, we lose muscle mass, gain body fat, experience a decline in bone density, our skin becomes thinner, and insulin sensitivity decreases. Growth hormone works by signaling the hormone IGF-1 through a conversion process in the liver with the help of insulin. Although insulin is necessary for this process, excessive insulin can inhibit growth hormone. Obesity, sugar, stress, alcohol, overeating, low vitamin D, and poor sleep can also block growth hormone. To boost growth hormone naturally by 2 to 3x, try the following: •Increase GABA and melatonin •L-glutamine •Arginine (Avoid taking this close to a workout) •Cold therapy •Alpha-GPC •Hypoxia training •Keto diet •High-protein diet Deep sleep and intermittent fasting can significantly increase growth hormone levels by up to 5-10 times. To boost growth hormone by 10-15x, try prolonged fasting. The best way to boost human growth hormone is through high-intensity exercise. Try working with heavy loads for the best natural HGH booster. Squats, deadlifts, sprinting, and CrossFit can further boost growth hormone levels. This Will Piss You Off!

Less than 1% of beef sold in the U.S. is truly grass-fed. Misleading food labels and industry loopholes surround the grass-fed beef marketing lies. Find out about the grass-fed scam and what you can do to make healthy choices. 0:00 Introduction: Grass-fed beef exposed 1:36 Grass fed vs. grain fed 2:52 Antibiotics and grass-fed beef 3:29 Feedlots in the U.S. 4:41 100% grass-fed beef In 2016, the USDA dropped the official definition of grass-fed. Technically, all cows are grass-fed until the last 3 to 6 months of their lives, when they’re typically fattened with grains. However, despite misleading food labels, over 99% of beef in the store is not truly grass-fed. Cows are fed grains to quickly fatten them up, but these aren’t “healthy” grains like many people assume. Cows in feedlots are fed DDGS (dried distillers grain with solubles), a cheap waste product of GMO, inedible dent corn used for making ethanol. This is incredibly profitable because it causes the cows to gain weight quickly for very little cost. Fiber, limestone, and synthetic vitamins and minerals are added to this corn byproduct. Monensin, an antibiotic, is also added. Antibiotics are regularly used in feedlots in the U.S. to quickly increase weight gain in animals. Beta-agonists are also used to enhance muscle growth. Some studies have shown that the use of this medication in animals can cause anxiety in the humans who consume them. There are two types of feedlots: open and closed. In closed feedlots, the cows only get 24 square feet of space and around 150 square feet in open feedlots. For truly grass-fed beef, look for 100% grass-fed. Support small farmers for the healthiest meat and to help put an end to the grass-fed scam! You May Never Eat Fruit Again after Watching This

Get access to my FREE resources 👉 https://drbrg.co/49RaRTP Just so you know, my full line of high-quality supplements is available on Amazon — search Dr. Berg Supplements. Should you really be consuming fruit—is it even healthy? Find out! 0:00 Introduction: Is fruit healthy? 0:47 The truth about fruit 1:55 Low-sugar fruit 3:00 Understanding fructose 4:45 Check out this video on the glycemic load! Today I want to cover some interesting things about fruit. Fruit contains vitamin C, phytonutrients, and fiber. But does the bad outweigh the good? Fruits have at least 5 times more sugar than vegetables. In fact, 85% of a piece of fruit is sugar. If you’re eating fruit for health reasons, you may want to get your nutrients from a different source. Fruits have very low amounts of many nutrients that your body needs, including: • Protein • Fat • Iron • B vitamins • Calcium • Zinc • Omega-3 • Vitamin D Certain fruits have lower amounts of sugar and are fine to consume in small amounts, including: • Raspberries • Blackberries • Blueberries • Strawberries Fruit contains glucose and fructose. Fructose might be low on the glycemic index, but it’s not a healthy alternative to sugar. Only the liver can metabolize fructose, which means it can overload the liver and cause a cascade of issues. Other problems with fructose: • It causes you to feel less satisfied • It increases cortisol • It decreases insulin sensitivity • It contributes to a fatty liver Dr. Eric Berg DC Bio: Dr. Berg, age 57, is a chiropractor who specializes in Healthy Ketosis & Intermittent Fasting. The REAL Reason Food Dyes are Still Legal in the US (But Banned in Europe)

Toxic drugs are classified as pharmaceutical grade, but what about artificial food coloring? Food dyes are certified for use, but often contain more toxic byproducts than pharmaceutical medications. Find out about the dangers of food dyes! 0:00 Introduction: Food dyes classification 0:13 The dangers of food dyes 0:53 Food dye side effects 1:43 Natural food coloring 2:32 Are all synthetic food dyes bad? 2:45 Methylene blue vs. artificial food coloring 3:53 The problem with artificial food dyes There are more toxic byproducts in food dyes than in many drugs. These synthetic food colorants have never been tested long-term for biological effects in humans! Many food dyes have been banned in Europe, but are still used in the U.S. Junk food industries that sell products with food dyes are heavily self-regulated, so the FDA allows them to perform their own studies. In 2021, there was a petition to ban red dye number 3 in cosmetics because it's a carcinogen even in small amounts, but it can still be found in your child’s cereal. Artificial food coloring has been shown to cause hyperactivity in children and other neurological issues. Food dyes are often used for their psychological effects. Studies have shown that people will choose to eat more of a food because of its color. Natural pigments in our food have antioxidant properties, anti-inflammatory effects, help protect your cells, and protect the mitochondria. You can also get these phytonutrients when you consume grass-fed beef or lamb. Methylene blue is a synthetic, petroleum-based food dye that benefits your health. It was one of the first drugs ever developed, and unlike other artificial food dyes, methylene blue is pharmaceutical grade. It’s been used for Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, bladder infections, cancer, and more. Methylene blue is chemically different from other artificial food dyes. It helps give the body energy, even when there’s damage to the mitochondria. It’s beneficial for degenerative neurological disorders and reduces oxidative stress associated with cancer and mitochondrial damage. Artificial food coloring does not have the benefits of the pigments found naturally in food. They don’t act as antioxidants or reduce inflammation in the body. They damage the mitochondria, and they don’t have nutritional cofactors. Artificial food dyes have been linked to ADD and tumors in rats. They can cause leaky gut, and their effects are worsened when combined with preservatives and other food chemicals. Some food dyes are bioaccumulative, which means they build up in the body. The kidneys effectively eliminate methylene blue, so it doesn’t accumulate. Dr. Eric Berg DC Bio: Dr. Berg, age 60, is a chiropractor who specializes in Healthy Ketosis & Intermittent Fasting. We've Been Eating Fake Cheese

Parmigiano Reggiano contains the highest amount of one important nutrient! In this video, we’ll compare Parmigiano Reggiano and Parmesan cheese to see how they stack up. Which is better? Why is Parmigiano Reggiano expensive? Is it healthier? Watch and find out! Chapters: 0:00 Introduction: Parmigiano Reggiano vs. Parmesan cheese 0:53 Grass-fed cheese 1:40 What is Parmigiano Reggiano? 1:52 U.S. Parmesan cheese ingredients 2:54 Parmigiano Reggiano and the benefits of high-quality cheese 3:51 Vitamin K2 benefits Parmigiano Reggiano is a cheese made in Parma, Italy. It’s a grass-fed cheese made with high standards not seen in American Parmesan cheese-making. Grass-fed cheese is loaded with microbes that come from the soil. Cows need the help of microbes to digest the fiber in the grass they consume. These microbes produce byproducts from the grass that help nourish the cow. The process of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese-making also involves microbes! Parmigiano Reggiano is made from 3 ingredients: high-quality cow’s milk, salt, and an enzyme that turns the milk into cheese. U.S. Parmesan cheese also contains potassium sorbate. Parmigiano Reggiano is a raw product without fillers or preservatives that's aged at least 12 months. There are no aging requirements for Parmesan cheese. Some Parmigiano Reggiano is aged for 14 to 24 months, or longer. Microbes consume lactose during the aging process, so the finished product is often lactose-free. Parmigiano Reggiano has the following health benefits: •High in glutamate •Contains bioavailable calcium and phosphorus •Helps build glutathione, a potent antioxidant that supports liver health •Reduces blood pressure •Contains butyric acid, which supports brain health Parmigiano Reggiano has the highest amount of vitamin K2 compared to all other cheeses. Vitamin K2 redirects calcium in the arteries and joints to the teeth and bones. Parmigiano Reggiano contains MK-7, the most bioavailable form of vitamin K2.
