075 - How did I get my tween to listen to me? (and does he have ADHD?)

In today’s podcast I’m sharing how Drew (my tween) asked me whether he had ADHD, and what does it mean to be a highly sensitive person?
Also - we had a big fight and whilst it wasn’t my finest moment as a mum, I did manage to get both of us to feel seen, heard and validated as a result of this communication method that I used.
