Essential listening

What a fascinating and insightful podcast. So much I didn’t know and which I had earlier. This podcast is really helping me to understand why I feel as I do during perimenopause and educate my daughters too especially with the emotional effects each month. Congrats to everyone involved. I have shared many times!
