Love this podcast and Shani work. It’s refreshing to hear another person experience that we have all been internalising and being a shamed to admit that modern dating simply doesn’t work for us all and that’s ok . Shani makes you feel empowered and loved for the amazing beautiful women that you are and encourages you to ditch the old narrative and look at it from a perspective of being full rather than lack. I struggled for many years being on apps and not understanding why they don’t work for me. Constant berating myself thinking I must be the problem where in fact we all felt those feelings and it simply means it’s not the medium for everybody and that’s ok. This lovely podcast helps you see through the trash we hear and constant belittling and feel your worth from already being worthy as you are ! 💕

So happy I found this podcast, can’t put into words too well but as a single lady in my late thirties before discovering this podcast I was in a state of panic, trying to find ways to fix my chronic singleton hood, I’ve started to look at it differently and to hear from people who are also single and living full and happy lives is very new and enlightening.
