Thank you for sharing your experiences. I am a couple of weeks down the line trying to help very bad arthritis and muscle pain in hands, shoulder and elsewhere. Came on last December and it has taken all these months to find a possible answer. Already Keto for over 3 years. At first upped my veg but have reduced for some time. Now on what I call an 'almost carnivore' meat, fish and dairy, and reducing Oxalates very slowly. Had some dumping. One last thing, I am in my 85th year. Thanks again. Julie known as LCHF81
