I was so excited to listen to this pod after seeing a tiktok, and it lasted 9 minutes and 48 seconds. Imagine having a blank canvas to have a dialogue on how to make the world a better place, and the first thing you come up with is "everybody should be forced to join the military". Yikes. There's no way out, America has had its citizens in its fascist grip since the beginning, and convinced them they are free. The constant rhetoric of having to fight an enemy, the war machine that has destroyed our planet and the people who live on it. - These people think they are "healing", and getting rid of their egos, because they dropped some shrooms and read some books by white dudes who hated the world and themselves. I wish I could have my 9 minutes and 48 seconds back.
