511 episodes

After 25 years at the Late Night desk, Conan realized that the only people at his holiday party are the men and women who work for him. Over the years and despite thousands of interviews, Conan has never made a real and lasting friendship with any of his celebrity guests. So, he started a podcast to do just that. Deeper, unboundedly playful, and free from FCC regulations, Conan O’Brien Needs a Friend is a weekly opportunity for Conan to hang out with the people he enjoys most and perhaps find some real friendship along the way.

Why don’t you invite the IDF on

Hey Conan
Huge fan of you (genuinely) but think you should stick to your guns and continue the propaganda work. Why not invite the IDF on your show, you gave them a comedy legitimacy boost before and they were doing the exact same things then that they’re busy doing now.

Good...but one needs to tread carefully

A quick-witted, funny and seemingly nice man. But, there is quite a lot of obvious and subliminal politics, so be alert. I skip the woke episodes - often featuring a ghastly American politician or politician's wife - and screen out the social-programming nonsense. What remains is good.
