    Our vision here is to inspire you one podcast episode at a time! Yes, we are aware that there is limited progression experienced by black women in the labor market. The issue is centered around pay, hours, and representation in top jobs.

    In this episode, we sit down with Mariam Longe the Author of  Vultures to the Rescue. Longe is a strong advocate of environmental conservation and sustainability. Based in Lagos Nigeria, she wears many hats, our virtual sit down was a lengthy one!  When not writing/promoting VTTR Mariam runs a healthy lifestyle brand where she supports women to live healthy lives. Also a co-host of one of the popular morning shows (Your View on TVC).

    Starting in 2018 with the aim to talk about my personal professional journey, I got sick of people not sharing their professional persona which may include both their success and struggles. CHT is where I bring guests on to go down memory lane with me talking about their careers, journey focusing on how they are navigating their career to date. Our aim is to inspire, motivate, and be open on how to obtain a successful and healthy career and work-life balance.
