I’m a nichiren Buddhist now but was practising Buddhism in traditional form for years. I love how he bounces from cutting edge neurology to evolutionary psychology and how and what Buddhism has to say about each topic. Absolutely fascinating. Have been listening every night. I’m a 5 year sober heroin addict so a lot of what he talks about resonates with me.

Love this guy, he delivers a fresh fusion of psychology and Buddhism in a grounded and relatable manner. His voice is relaxing too, the guided meditations at the end of the talk are lovely.... a gem. EDIT: been a little disappointed at his partisan approach to politics, he evidently leans left, and his patronising call-outs of those who lean more right are unkind and - dare I say it - not very Buddhist??!

I’ve listened to this podcast for several years now. Josh is a fantastic teacher and speaker and I listen to every podcast without fail. Thank you for everything you do Josh!
