Empowering podcast!

I really enjoy listening to this podcast. Alexis is straight talking but from a place of kindness and I find the topics discussed and advice given really helpful and empowering. Love the brain facts too!

What a podcast - leaves you smarter + feeling good about yourself

All I think of is that I want this to be the voice in my head, calling all the bs from others and giving one of a kind life advice. What a woman! Love it :)

Like a free life coach session - EVERY time!

Honestly, this is my favourite podcast. I love Alexis’ style - it’s authentic and although brutally direct, ultimately always kind. The episodes cover super widely relatable topics and really honest perspective. It’s the truth we sometimes need to hear from an impartial person in a very straightforward manner, because let’s be honest, we all like to lie to ourselves sometimes to protect our own feelings or our made up mental story. I find this podcast really positive, helpful and informative. It’s full of tough love, but that’s the purest love 🙌🏽 So thank you Alexis!
