Welcome friends, to a podcast for a darker timeline. Maybe the darkest of all timelines. Definitely not one of the good timelines. Maybe it’s always been a dark timeline, maybe the Hadron collider screwed us over. Science may never know. What we do know is that we live in the void. The void, a place where a chittering mass of void crabs can infest a person suit and win the presidency. The void, a place where we're just clever enough to know that climate change is happening, but not quite clever enough to do anything about it. The void seems terrible and cruel, but it loves you, in its own ironic way.

Warhammer 40k and Gamergate with Danny Fortuna
My guest this week is Danny Fortuna, a Warhammer 40k lore master and founder of the Facebook group Warhammer Heresyposting. We discuss whether 40k is satire, whether female space marines are compatible with 40k lore, whether the lore should change if they're not, and the argument around "go woke, go broke". Enjoy!

:o amazing
One of my favourite podcasts. Amusing, informative and challenging. Excellent
Love this podcast
Enjoy the host a lot. I wish some of his guests learned how to speak though. George Remington was appalling. I was initially very onboard- incisive, lucid criticism of Sam Harris is always welcome, but this guy could have done with marshalling his arguments with abit more discipline. You’ve got two degrees. Well done. Your family are intellectual. Bravo. Status signalling acknowledged. Now stop umming/aahing/swearing/attempting charismatic anecdotes and make an actual point. If it’s insecurity in front of a mic I have sympathy, if it’s arrogance I have less, you’re wasting everyone’s time. Including the very patient hosts.
