This podcast is brilliant. Basic premise is two friends, one who has played Pokemon and one who hasn’t really played any of the games, going through each game/series and playing them all, gym by gym, week by week as they say; including all of the off shoot games like Pokemon Ranger, Mystery Dungeon etc. It’s interesting hearing Tanner and Josh’s take on the games, the Pokemon and the plot lines. I like all the segments they have too and they have guests on sometimes where they battle it out amongst themselves to see who’s the very best. (Like no one ever was. 😂) Exp Share is a great podcast for new and old Pokemon fans, it’s funny and a total nostalgia trip for those of us that have played some of these games before. It’s well worth a listen!! 🎉 And it will definitely encourage you to play those Pokemon games, either for the first time or for a revisit.
Update Aug 2024: Well they’ve done it! They’ve played every Pokémon Game gym by gym, week by week and I have enjoyed every episode Josh and Tanner have done! 🤩Well Done Guys; it’s an major achievement! 🏆I’m looking forward to the new episodes, whether that’s looking at other Pokémon related things or when they come back for the new Pokémon games. I’ll definitely be there listening when they come back. Until then, enjoy a well deserved rest! 🎧
