“Can you actually choose to live a more fearless life? And what could you achieve if you did?

Fear is something I’ve felt deeply at multiple points in my life. Like so many others will know, it's an emotion that can leave us feeling paralysed, or like we just can’t compete. Those telltale butterflies. Feeling frozen in the headlights. Panic. We’ve all been there.

But there is nothing more inspiring than seeing a friend stare fear right in the eyes. And whenever I’ve been challenged by fear, that rush has led me to unexpected places...

In this podcast, I’ll be talking to guests who’ve made inspiring steps to overcome the hurdles and the nerves – and we’ll answer your questions about how to build an entirely new, fearless mindset” – Trinny Woodall

Mel B

This was a funny and moving conversation and I highly recommend giving it a listen!

As a little baby gay born 1988, who went on to work in fashion, Mel B and Trinny were big parts of my life growing up, (at different times and in very different ways of course) therefore it’s like listening to a conversation between two old friends; soothing whilst also being very eye opening.

Wishing all of the very best to Mel B, I hope she enjoys a fun, peaceful and joyous life from now on! 💜🦋🌺

Poor interviewer

The interviewer makes it about herself more so than is necessary to establish rapport and conversation. Its a bore to listen to

Please stop interrupting.

I really like Trinny and her questions are great however she really needs to stop speaking and allow the person she’s invited to talk, that’s what they’re there for!
