A warm, uplifting hug

I am a new fan of this wonderful podcast. It is really informative about so many different aspects of wellness, from skincare to meditation and Ayurvedic living and has really helped me in my path to learn about myself. Madeline is inspirational herself as a presenter - she is knowledgeable, interested and asks the right questions to prompt the experienced speakers to go into even deeper discussion. Her sunny personality (you can almost here her smiling as she learns new things at the same time as the listener) makes it much more lighthearted and less judgemental than other similar ‘inner you’ parenting podcasts. I am a mum but I really do think this is a podcast for everyone. I would actually like to hear a podcast with Madeline herself (maybe someone else interviewing her) as although she did one right at the beginning, I think she has so many more things to share.
