    EP9: The Making Of The Film "Introducing Homeopathy" with Co-Director / Producer Carol Boyce

    Wren, Leslie and Carol discuss the dynamic work in the worldwide arena of homeopathy, which inevitably lead Carol to her role in making the film "Introducing Homeopathy", coming to Netflix soon! About Carol Boyce: 1985: Graduated from the College of Homeopathy 3 year Intensive Course  1985: Went to India to assist Linda Shannon in organising 1st overseas course for UK homeopaths at Dr Subrata Banerjea’s Bengal Allen Medical College.  1987: Carol & Linda set up the Mobile Clinic project which served many Indian villages, [adopted by the Banerjea’s is still running 37 years later]. 1991: Iraq - aid work before and after the first Gulf war.  1991: Cairo - began what later became the Egyptian Society of Homeopathy. 1991: Co-founded Homeopathy For a Change, the forerunner of Homeopaths Without Borders, setting up clinics and training programmes on 4 continents. 1996: Film school in LA to make documentaries about homeopathy – in the days before digital cameras ☺ and before documentaries were a “thing”.  She soon parted company with Hollywood and went back to practice as clinical supervisor on the American University for Complementary Medicine’s Master’s programme for 5 years. 2009: 6 weeks filming in Tanzania with her daughter. 2010: Director of Homeopaths Without Borders US and taught in medical schools in Cuba. 2011: Tanzania - collecting the data for a research project about homeopathic treatment of malaria. Carol made a series of short films about autism – a one hour doc Called Making a Difference – Homeopathy around the Word. And most recently was Co Director and Producer on the full length documentary film Introducing Homeopathy. 2018: Carol co-founded HINT – Homeopathy international, an out and proud registering body in the UK that believes this is not the time to play small or run the fear factor. 2022: Carol has been part of the People’s Health Alliance since its inception, insisting that homeopathy needs to be on the table.  2024: Part of a small group of the homeopaths in the PHA who launched an e-book called The 35 – to fill the gap left by the UK’s NHS’s directive that GPs can no longer prescribe for 35 “minor and limiting conditions” 2024: Film - “Introducing Homeopathy” [coming to Netflix in the near future].   Currently: Teaches for The Centre for Homeopathic Education and the North West College of Homeopathy – where she teaches mostly Philosophy and Practitioner Development.
