Love this podcast!

I love this podcast, it’s my go to podcast when I run. I must look crazy as often I’m laughing out loud when listening to the people on it. There are lots of interesting people from all over the yoga and wellness world. Holly and Adam are very engaging and the conversations are information but with lightness. I recommend this to all my friends and family.
