Excellent coverage

This is excellent. What I enjoy about The Trial is it covers the detail of each case so well but also explains the court process too. It has real depth. Great too that the team are covering the Russell Brand case. Like the way the showbiz reporter gives us real background and the crime reporter explains the rules.

Very very very poor journalism, they need to look at facts not what they WANT to believe. I strongly recommend they read Reasonable Doubt by Christopher Morris as a starter for ten on how it is done. I am an experienced midwife of over 20 years experience and staffed in neonates for a number of those, this is a clear miscarriage of justice. I’ve never written a review before, but this nonsense makes me LIVID.

Love listening to this pod cast and do pay for the subscription. Every case/trail he delivered in a balanced view and at times made me consider my own maybe bias or narrow minded opinions :-)

Good but… I enjoy this podcast but find it surprising that journalists don’t use the correct grammar… It’s ‘there were’ (plural, in the past) rather than ‘there was’ (singular).
