It Could Happen Here started as an exploration of the possibility of a new civil war. Now a daily show, it's evolved into a chronicle of collapse as it happens, and an exploration of how we might build a better future. Every day Robert Evans, Garrison Davis, Mia Wong, and James Stout take you on a jaunty walk through the burning ruins of the old world and towards a better one that lays just on the horizon.

The Darian episodes

This podcast is a mix of things at times on the fringe. But the most recent episodes by James on the Darian migrant route is heartbreaking, tragic and very necessary. Thank you for your work James, what you do matters.
5 stars, still in subbing

Great. The content is informative and I enjoy. Just way too many ads. 5/6 minutes is just to much for me. If you can listen to the ads then would fully recommend
Quality control

I listen to several CZM podcasts. I have always struggled with ICHH because of the variability of content and structure. It has some real strengths - some of the interview episodes are brilliant and the frontline reporting from actions is too. But the episodes where hosts read solo off a script - in one case of one host, a script not of their own making - are not engaging and are difficult to follow. The difference between the original series versus the panel format now, I can accept - the themes are still there to some extent - but I feel like the more mature elements of this show would benefit from their own podcast. And I don’t think the content is strong enough to warrant a daily episode. Sorry.
Increasingly light on content, and heavy on political bias

This podcast used to provide interesting (even if terrifying) accounts of things going to s*t, which is ostensibly what it is about, but now it's just bog-standard radical left talking points and very light on actual original content. Robert Evans is the only person in this bunch with a radio personality and voice; the others are very untalented and unfit for this role. There is someone called Andrew who has an aggressively non-standard pronunciation of most words (he would say "wurrts"): I don't shame people for their accents, I have a thick accent too, but he is genuinely hard to understand.
