    It's time for a Spooky Sleepover and the girls have had quite the week! Cheryl has been in cheerleader mode with Claire from STEPS and Cynthia Erivo at the London Marathon 2026 on Rainbow Row. Nikki has found there's a fridge thief in her home who has a taste for contraband sausages. They discuss their thoughts on this weeks case - The Black Dahlia and explore if this crime was of it's time or does it have long lasting implications? Nikki is settling down for a nice long sleep on her new mattress which has prompted her to look at just how much beds have evolved over the years and the answer will surprise you.
