I absolutely think that this is a must listen for any agent serious about going pro. John McGrath is a wordsmith of the highest order, Tom Panos is obviously someone who works and gathers data and ideas from the very best and Troy Malcolm has so many ideas that seems to come from some of the best practitioners in the industry.
