Mates chatting after a gaming weekend
You’ve been playing a game such as The One Ring with your mates on a weekend gaming retreat. On Sunday you’re chatting in the pub having a laugh and a bit of a stab at analysing the game. The anecdotes come out in between a few observations and the odd serious point. Wish you were there? Sit down with Gaming Vexes and a glass of your favourite tipple and you will be. Thanks Steve and contributors.
If 'Match Of The Day' did RPG talk
I love this podcast. Its format is similar to that venerable British institution, Match Of The Day, with highlights and analysis incorporating commentary by a collection of the learned elder Grognard community, segments of play, system strengths & weaknesses and all moderated by Steve, the most reasonable presenter, all complete with pleasant regional accent. Thanks for all your work.
Brililant podcast, great discussions with gamers
This is an excellent RPG podcast. Steve, as host, has a really light touch, masterfully bringing out the expertise and opinions of his guests, whom have played the games they are discussing with him. In-depth discussion of systems and themes (for example, gaming in middle earth) and reflection on how hobby has developed and new games. Always worthwhile and highly recommended.
