Found its feet
I think the pod has found its feet with the consistent run it’s had recently. There’s no doubt Andy Scott is a high quality broadcaster who knows boxing. Yes, sometimes Gary has a tendency to interrupt but again he knows his boxing history and some of the best discussions are when the guests reminisce about fights & fighters of the past, which is why the Anthony Sims Jnr episode was so good - I could have listened to him talk boxing all day.
Lastly, while the pod obviously has a ‘Sky angle’ it’s much more balanced to other platforms than when under the Matchroom days!
Bit too much talking
Love the podcast. Entertaining and informative. Just one comment: Andy Scott, you’re a great host, but you’d be even better if you didn’t talk so much. You do talk over so your guests quite a lot.
Unsubscribe
Listened to this for years but now had to unsubscribe as the whole show is a joke constant pushing of female boxing that any real boxing fan has no interest ,the only way to get this podcast back to being good would be to bring back Ed Robinson the only person on sky who knows what there talking about
Gone where the good days of sky boxing Where you had at least a couple of 50/50 fights does not matter if it was just prospects on the card
Can’t see sky getting back to the good days of Hatton ,brodie and micheal gomez
