    Recently, I completed a 72-hour water fast after spending several weeks transitioning through One Meal A Day (OMAD), reducing sugars and carbohydrates, and preparing for the challenge. As people around me became aware of what I was doing, the questions started arriving. Why 72 hours? What exactly is autophagy? Why didn't you ask a doctor? Isn't trusting AI dangerous? What role did mild fatty liver play in the decision? And why did my wife, my mother, and half my social circle suddenly unite around one mission: convincing me to eat? In this interview-style episode, I answer the most common questions I received before, during, and after the fast. This isn't medical advice or a step-by-step fasting guide. It's an honest conversation about preparation, self-experimentation, family dynamics, responsibility, and what happens when you intentionally remove something from your life and observe what remains.
