High bar…

There’s nothing like setting your podcast an incredibly high standard to achieve!

Stuff to Blow Your Mind

There’s not much scope for laurel-resting in that title!

Ok, it’s playful hyperbole and that is perfectly reasonable here because, even if the subject matter doesn’t literally cause your brain to explode, it will contribute to the inflation of your cranial knowledge bladder in a genuinely entertaining way.

It is thought provoking in an accessible way; you can imagine sitting in your den with beer and pizza and a laptop with these fellas and surfing the knowledge waves.

(And all without the need for a sycophantic guest comedian echo-chamber, like some other notable podcasts…)

So, in reference to other reviews:
I don’t mind the guys offering their opinions on subjects - perspective is informative.
If the podcast is nerdy and boring, then please stay nerdy and boring if by nerdy and boring the reviewer meant detailed and well delivered.
Please continue to use mangled English words like ‘Heredity’ and ‘Acclimate’ and ‘Hybridity’ on the off-chance that they might not be mangled after all…

As for Weirdhouse Cinema… highlight of my week.

Highly recommended.

Stuff that really blows your mind

This is the only podcast I haven’t stopped consistently following for the past 4 years or so. Robert and Joe are hands down the best HowStuffWorks duo. Insanely smart and quick witted, they can take any bizzare or plain topic and somehow make it sound compelling for 40+ minutes straight. I owe you my life sirs.
