A Journey Through the Greatest TV Memories

I love this podcast. So many of my childhood memories and most of my current humour has been shaped by The Simpsons, so a
Chronological wander through it is exactly what my nostalgic brain needed. If you want a tester episode I recommend season 6’s Homie the Clown which is hilarious. If you love it, you can get access to more through Patreon for $5 which has been well worth it for me.

I’ll preface this by saying I used to be a patreon subscriber and have listened to almost every episode. The show used to be a brilliant pop culture look back through the lens of the simpsons. But over time it seems to have devolved to Henry and Bob picking holes in every joke as not being “politically correct” and reading into hidden offensive meanings I don’t see. The guys are obviously entitled to their opinions, but more and more when I’m subjected to long virtue signalling conversations I roll my eyes and turn it off.

I also dislike the guest format and having to listen about their podcast or project for the first 10 minutes. The show definitely suffered once Chris left. I don’t think I’ll be listening anymore which is sad to say about what was one of my favourite podcasts

There's never a bad time to listen to this podcast. The energy is always high, it's hilarious and informative. Helps keep my mundane life tolerable.
