    I Met With Three Attorneys Last Week

    TheProbateAgent.com I recently met with three different attorneys and had positive although completely different results with each of them. Here's my experience with them.  You just have to be prepared to deliver some kind of value.  But that value may not be the same for each one. Be ready to adapt and listen...truly listen to the attorney to figure out what they want then give it to them. They'll thank you and very likely give you business in return even if it's only minimal.   It's very much worth it for just an hour or two if you make a full commission on a sale.

    Take Probate Training With a Grain of Salt

    We all participate in Probate trainings because we want to expand our knowledge get better at our craft and be able to serve more people. But nothing is more frustrating then taking an hour or two out of your day to go to a poorly constructed probate training. What you have to understand is that this comes with the territory and even though it's a bad training it just takes you one step further and the best thing to do is just take it all with a grain of salt and learn something from it get better and move on.
