I simply can’t explain how incredible this podcast is! I found TWC one morning a couple weeks ago, and since then, I’ve been listening to an episode each morning without fail! Trin is so lovely, and motivates me in every aspect of my life. I will be recommending this podcast to every single one of my friends ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I follow quite a few wellness podcasts but TWC is by far my favourite! Literally every week Trin talks about something that is resonating at the time with me and helps me to get clear on it! Trin has a great podcasting style and her recommendations are attainable for the average girl and easy to adopt which makes it accessible; as I don’t have anyone irl who’s into wellness, it makes me feel like I’m listening to a friend talk about it. Thank you for everything you do Trin! You’re the kickstart to the week that every girl needs💖

I listen to quite a few wellness podcast but this one is by far my favourite. I don’t know what it is about yiu trin but you have helped me massively to feel motivated and develop mentally. I actually just got so excited when I realised it was Monday and yiu posted because i always listen to your podcasts in bed as it helps me to wind down and relax but listen to your insightful words. honestly the best podcast, trin you have such a good vibe and you’re so real. i always look forward to wednesdays because of the new episode release and listen whilst on a hot girl walk or doing self care or chores and it always gives me motivation.
