I’ve been listening to the podcast for quite some time now; I love it! Gregg covers relevant topics and you can tell lots of effort has been put in to make each episode. It’s the perfect length, not too long but not too short, and Gregg’s voice is so soothing!

Perfect.

Recently been through a break up which has knocked me off my feet. Also graduating from uni in a couple of months and at major cross roads. Feel like I’ve been plunged into the deep sea. Genuinely cannot listen to any music without feeling sick or getting upset. However, this podcast has literally saved my life. It’s the only thing I listen to, when I can. It has kept me going, and has actually improved my life for the better, got a morning routine, and living a healthier lifestyle, and it has actually motivated me to continue with my dissertation, when I was giving up. DEFINITELY worth a listen, and I bet you get as addicted to the podcasts as I have! Thank you Gregg!
