Great guests, discussing important issues

Elliott and Joeli are a great combination, I like the banter between them. But it’s the guests so far that have made this a great listen. The four-parter on Adolescence in particular is really good. Looking forward to more!
Thank you

OMG I cant wait for this podcast. Great first episode. As a dad of a four yr old boy I’m acutely aware of the lack of male role models I had growing up and how building that ‘village’ of good men around me now is something I’m struggling with already. Can’t wait to listen in bi-weekly. Thank you for launching this. 😊
Hoping you go deeper

I’m 1.5 episodes in and it all feels a bit Blue Peter so far. Planning to persevere because the topic is so important to me but really hoping you both go on a steep learning curve as the series progresses. Ep 1 you say the idea partly came from MeToo and basically wanting to avoid bringing up a predator. Hmmm. Ep2 you show dismay at the global DEI climbdown - policies which are literally about assuming males have ‘privilege’ and must be deprioritised. As things stand I am not convinced you’re the right people to take on a subject of such weight, especially as it will require you to challenge your own preferences regarding the state of modern feminism and associated cultural assumptions
Love most of the content, frustratingly heteronormative

I love the premise of this podcast and thoroughly enjoyed the first episode. The second I struggled to engage with. The descriptions of relationship dynamics particularly in the intro were exclusively about hetro cis couples. It felt exclusive and not really good enough for 2025
YES! Finally …

Such an important discussion to be having as parents worry and do their best to navigate this… serious, passionate engagement and yet kept lighthearted. Really enjoyed episode 1 and looking forward to hearing more insightful thoughts from these two.
Disappointing

This needs to be half as long, there’s so much waffle chat and hard to follow. Really wanted to give it a try but it’s constantly going off on tangents. Also very strange partnership with an app that’s essentially Uber for childcare. Concerning! So much info on men’s problems but thought this was a feminist take on parenting/raising men? Seems more like a masculinity podcast than anything. Don’t really understand the pivot from campaigning on women’s issues to this podcast. Very disappointed!
Excited for this to get going!
