Have you stopped updating this podcast? It was great, but I've missed loads of programmes through relying on it to have all your radio programming on the subject...
Excellent work!
Absolutely loved this series. Informative but accessible. Particularly enjoyed the depth with which it went into the experience of commonwealth and empire soldiers, as this is all too often bypassed in the history books. Would recommend to anybody wanting to know more about the Great War.
World War One
There is so much oinformation in each episode it is almost overwhelming. Each episode integrates interviews and pieces from today, as well as narrative from the years of the war. This makes the episodes much more realistic and relevant to today. Very well researched and produced. Useful resource for World War One.
