    In case you do not know Randy Lee, aka, The Mito Man, he is a citizen scientist, author, inventor, producer of Entrefusion (entrepreneur event), and full-stack startup mentor. His past work includes Gut-Brain Secrets, which is all about the many factors that go into corruption of the gut microbiome, which then affects a person’s mental and physical state – including attention deficit disorder, autism and OCD.  He is the author of The Mitochondriac Manifesto. In today’s podcast we talk about his current work, The Mitochondriac Manifesto 2, which aims to overturn our old beliefs about where health or sickness comes from, in light of what we now know about mitochondria, seasonal cycles, and energies in and around the body. Today, they share with us the importance of natural light for mitochondrial health and overall wellness, the negative effects of non-native EMFs and blue light on circadian rhythms, sleep, and overall health, and they give some free, practical tips you can start today to begin improving your quantum health. In this episode, you will hear: Quantum biology is the intersection of quantum physics and biology. It is an emerging academic field that produces compelling evidence that quantum effects are taking place in human bodies. Do the simple things that get the biggest results.
