Well produced and informative

The sound quality is good, they’ve obviously gone to some effort and my speakers are grateful. This podcast will be ideal for anyone wanting to know more about staying healthy, while avoiding a lot of the quagmire of quackery that infests the ‘alternative’ health world as much as the mainstream.
