Do the people in your life know how you do and do not like to be treated? Are there things people you're close to end up saying that you don't appreciate? It is a difficult question to answer. We all have triggers that bring about a negative emotional response. While we cannot control everything in life, we can reduce conflicts and negative emotions by setting healthy boundaries.
