Here's what makes this different: there's no wake-up sequence. You're meant to drift off during the recording and stay asleep. I use progressive relaxation to release physical tension, then guide you down a mental staircase into deeper and deeper rest. By the end, you're either already asleep or so close it doesn't matter. This works best with headphones and the volume low enough that you have to focus slightly to hear me. That little bit of focus actually helps quiet your mind. I recommend delta wave binaural beats in the background if you have them, but it's not required. If you tend to overthink at bedtime or your body feels wired even when you're exhausted, this is for you. I keep the language simple and repetitive on purpose. Your conscious mind gets bored, and that's exactly what we want. One thing: please don't listen to this while driving or operating machinery. I know that sounds obvious, but I have to say it.
