I absolutely love Bulletproof radio!! It was the first podcast I ever tuned in to a couple of years ago and it is still by far my favourite.. So much so that I’ve gone through most of the back catalogue! Episodes are always super informative and interesting and it inspires me to learn and to constantly seek out new information and to take control of my own health - something that has been less than optimal for as long as I can remember.
