Discover the signs you’re eating too much sugar. Number 1 will surprise you! 0:00 Introduction: The classic side effects of sugar 0:15 Sugar vs. carbohydrates 3:12 7 signs you’re eating too much sugar 4:59 The #1 sign you’re eating too much sugar In this video, we’re going to talk about some of the side effects of consuming too much sugar. Some of the well-known side effects of sugar include fatigue, brain fog, belly fat, carb cravings, and cavities. Is there a difference between sugar and carbohydrates? A carbohydrate consists of sugar, fiber, and starch. Starches are called polysaccharides, meaning many sugars or multiple sugar molecules connected together. Starches raise blood sugar levels significantly more than sugar. Starches like maltodextrin, modified food starch, and modified corn starch have a much higher glycemic index than sugar. Here are 7 surprising signs that you’re consuming too much sugar: 7. Reduced collagen Reduced collagen will result in loose, wrinkled skin and premature aging. 6. Chronic white tongue Candida from too much sugar will cause you to have a white tongue. You won’t be able to get rid of it without eliminating sugar from the diet. 5. Chronic sinus problems Most chronic sinus problems are caused by a fungus called Aspergillus that feeds on sugar. 4. Red or pink gums Red or pink on your toothbrush after brushing could signify a mild case of scurvy or vitamin C deficiency. High sugar consumption blocks vitamin C. 3. Low testosterone Low testosterone can cause erectile dysfunction, decreased libido, and difficulty building muscle. 2. Susceptibility to infection Too much sugar can weaken your immune system, making you more vulnerable to infection. 1. High adrenaline levels Too much sugar damages the cell’s ability to make energy in the mitochondria. To compensate, the body produces more adrenaline. Watch this video to learn how to eliminate flabby arm fat and improve your overall upper-body strength. DATA: https://youtu.be/Y346900i9qE https://youtu.be/rUD7Gml5Veo https://youtu.be/-_TyvArPYJo 0:00 Introduction: Understanding the root cause of flabby arm fat 0:31 Sarcopenia and age-related muscle loss 1:02 The role of fascia in maintaining arm shape and function 2:57 The importance of functional exercises 3:13 Recommended arm workout videos to enhance fascial health and muscle strength Flabby arms can be a frustrating problem for many individuals, especially as they age. The loss of muscle mass and strength in this area can not only affect physical appearance but also limit daily activities and overall quality of life. In addition to sarcopenia, the process of age-related muscle loss, flabby arms can also be caused by weakened fascia. Fascia is a connective tissue that surrounds and supports muscles and other structures in the body. Without proper maintenance and movement, it can become tight or restricted, leading to a decreased range of motion and weakness in the associated muscles. This is why targeting both the muscles and fascia is crucial for effectively improving flabby arms. Functional exercises, which involve multi-joint movements that mimic everyday tasks, are key to targeting muscle and fascial health. Working multiple muscles and joints at once helps strengthen and activate the surrounding fascia, which can lead to tighter, more toned arms with improved strength and function. To incorporate exercises into your routine to help improve the fascia, I recommend trying out the three workout videos linked above. These videos focus on a variety of movements that target the arms, shoulders, and fascia for a well-rounded approach to flabby arm reduction. The Microbe That Changes EVERYTHING

The most important microbe can amplify the immune system, increase your muscle mass, and even help you live longer, but most people are missing it! Watch this fascinating interview with Dr. William Davis as we discuss this missing microbe. 0:00 Welcome, Dr. William Davis! 0:26 The importance of L. reuteri 3:45 The missing microbe 7:30 L. reuteri and oxytocin 12:15 L. reuteri and empathy 16:26 Antibiotics and restoring gut health 20:42 Gut health and food allergies 25:56 The best way to use Florastor 29:10 How to make L. reuteri yogurt Please join me in welcoming Dr. William Davis, author of “Super Gut” and pioneer in research about the most important microbe called L. reuteri. Rats given L. reuteri stayed young, active, and slender, and their fur remained thick and healthy as they aged. Their immune systems were amplified, and wound healing time was cut in half. Increased testosterone and growth hormone were observed in elderly mice, and the thymus was restored to its original size. Dr. Davis has seen all of these amazing benefits in humans! Many people are missing this microbe! L. reuteri, like other Lactobacillus species, are very susceptible to antibiotics. Dr. Davis estimates that 96% of the population is missing L. reuteri, a major factor in the SIBO epidemic. L. reuteri is a keystone microbe, which is important for the entire body’s ecosystem. It’s been found to increase the hormone oxytocin, traditionally regarded as the hormone of love and empathy. Oxytocin also influences body composition. Many people experience increased muscle mass after consuming L. reuteri, which can be very beneficial in combating age-related muscle loss and many other side effects of aging. You can make your own L. reuteri “yogurt” for its amazing benefits!
