She immersed herself in understanding ADHD and, in doing so, discovered something even more transformative: a spiritual perspective on what it means to be human. Through this lens, Juliet was able to release limiting identities shaped by five decades of misunderstanding herself. She learned how to navigate emotions—like anxiety—with greater ease. She has two-years training in counselling and now has an established coaching practice supporting adults. Blending practical strategies with grounded spirituality, Juliet helps her clients find clarity, inner peace, and the confidence to live their life with purpose to reach their full potential and thrive with ADHD.
