    G2G | EP 06 - Scripted by Faith | Paul Long

G2G host Pete Burak engages in a compelling conversation with Paul Long, a seasoned Hollywood professional who underwent a profound transformation from the secular entertainment industry to producing faith-based projects through his company, Kappa Studios. Paul's journey is a testament to the power of faith and purpose-driven work in the world of media. With Kappa Studios as the canvas for his creative endeavors, Paul set out to create content that was both family-friendly and aligned with Christian values. Drawing on his extensive experience, he had previously worked with major studios such as Disney, Warner Brothers, Sony, and others, contributing to a variety of film and television projects. The turning point in Paul's life came when he experienced a life-changing encounter with God. This pivotal moment prompted him to reevaluate his ambitions and redirect his studio's focus exclusively toward faith-based projects. This decision wasn't without its challenges; Paul faced initial setbacks, including business difficulties that brought Kappa Studios to the brink of closure. However, these challenges became catalysts for a deeper spiritual journey. Paul, along with his fellow believers on his team, turned to prayer and intensive Bible study for guidance. This dedication to seeking God's plan led to a transformative experience. Overcoming the hurdles, Kappa Studios began producing its own original TV shows and films, offering a source of hope and positivity in a culture often devoid of these qualities. One remarkable initiative stemming from Kappa Studios is the Christian Film Finishing Fund. This endeavor was born out of the desire to support struggling projects and help them regain momentum. By providing resources and assistance, Kappa Studios aims to amplify faith-driven messages and narratives in the realm of media.
